By accessing or using the services provided by ElephantDash ("we", "our", "us"), including our website at elephantdash.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Clients must provide accurate data, respond to logic requests in a timely manner, and ensure provided assets do not infringe on 3rd party rights. Use of services for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Protocol
Full payment for standard websites is required before deployment. Recurring services (hosting, bots) are billed in advance. Overdue accounts may trigger automated uplink suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment settlement, total ownership of custom code and design assets transitions to the client. We retain standard portfolio showcase rights unless manually overridden.
6. Service Level (SLA)
We target 99.9% uptime for cloud infrastructure. Maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream provider failures or force majeure events.
