1. Refund Eligibility
At ElephantDash, we stand by the quality of our $100 Professional Website Nodes. You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Design logic failure prior to deployment
Non-delivery within 7 business days of asset clearance
Critical infrastructure incompatibility established by our engineering node
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following service allocations are non-refundable due to immediate resource provisioning costs:
- Provisioned Cloud Hosting Node cycles already consumed
- Custom full-stack logic architectures after code synchronization has begun
- Domain registration fees (passed through at cost from registrars)
3. Refund Initiation Protocol
To initiate a refund request, you must contact the administrative node via the official support uplink within 72 hours of project delivery.
4. Processing Time
Valid refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment source used for the intake node.
